Novità Bistro, a 36-seat BYO, opened up a few weeks ago in the Graduate Hospital area (right before PhillyBYOB.com started).

The largely Italian inspired Mediterranean cooking is reasonably priced with entrees between $14 and $21. The open kitchen and exposed brick wall provides a great setting for this cozy BYOB. Chef Hassan Zanzoul and his partner/brother-in-law Hatim Saaboul say they will be changing the menu regularly to reflect the cuisines found throughout the Mediterranean region as well as their native Morocco.
